House of Monsters - Squishy Campaign

This is a one shot written to be compatible with the Squishy system. You will need to consult the original Squishy manual available here for rules and mechanics. This document contains the story elements, monster and monster stats and maps for play. It’s an expansion on the bare bones campaign provided in the quick start guide.

This is a quick play horror game setting calling back to cheap B-movie horror plots. Mad science experiments, dark magic rituals, and a family turned into a combination of corpses and monsters fill the pages of this document. There are dark moments and images, but no darker than the cheap direct to video horror movies in the bargain bin at your local grocery store.

This game can be played with only one player and a GM or with eight players or more! It’s really up to what you think you can handle as the GM. Character creation is quick and easy. I recommend to advise your players to stick with horror movie tropes (the jock, the final girl, the clown, etc.) to play into the setting, but really they can be whoever they want.
